During the festive period we will be entering into an engineering change freeze. This period will run from 09:00am on Friday 22nd December 2023 until 09:00am on Wednesday 3rd January 2024. During the engineering freeze we will not be performing any manual changes to our core network and systems unless there is an operational issue or pre-agreed in another maintenance. Automated systems will still function as normal.
