We are looking into this at the moment, and will update this notification when we have further information.

In the meantime, affected customers should use the alternative login page at https://www.wmlogin.co.uk

Scheduled Maintenance
Engineering Change Freeze 2019 Dec 19, 17:00 - Jan 6, 09:00 GMT
During the festive period we will be entering into an engineering change freeze.
This period will run from 5pm on Thursday 19th December 2019 until 9am on Monday 6th January 2020.
During the engineering freeze we will not be performing any manual changes to our core network and systems unless there is an operational issue or pre-agreed in another maintenance.
Automated systems will still function as normal.

STS Maintenance Jan 8, 08:00-17:00 GMT
At our Reading Data Centre we are conducting some maintenance to our power STS units to routinely replace some parts as part of their service plan. They will be placed in manual bypass for the duration which prevents their ability to switch source, but is non-disruptive to supply so considered “at risk”. Throughout all supplies are still protected by UPS and generator backup.

Monitoring - All A power feeds have now been transitioned back to their A side UPS and the system has returned to normal operation with full UPS diversity.

We are currently monitoring the situation.

Investigating - Due to a UPS issue that is currently under investigation, all A power feeds at our Reading Data Centre have been transitioned onto the B side UPS using our STS capability, providing ‘double B’ power feeds for all dual feed equipment.

All equipment remains protected with UPS, mains and generator, although we would consider the situation “at risk” until the A side UPS protection is also restored.

Scheduled - One of our connectivity suppliers, LINX, has informed us of network maintenance they will be carrying out that will result in one of our connections to LINX being out of service for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window. We have other connections to LINX and other paths to the Internet via other suppliers with plenty of capacity during this time but customers may notice traffic taking different paths to its destination.
