Scheduled - Emergency network maintenance needs to be performed on one of our core routers to correct an issue. During this work no customer impact is expected, but some traffic will take different paths through our network as we isolate a linecard prior to restarting it and we are announcing this change as an at-risk period for the network.

Scheduled - In line with many of our suppliers, we will be entering into an engineering change freeze during the holiday period. This will minimise the risk of any issues during this busy time of year for our customers and while we have reduced levels of staff.

The change freeze will run from Friday the 20th December 2024 at 9am until Friday the 3rd January 2025 at 9am.
