During the festive period we will be entering into an engineering change freeze. This period will run from 5:30pm on Tuesday 22nd December 2020 until 10am on Monday 4th January 2021. During the engineering freeze we will not be performing any manual changes to our core network and systems unless there is an operational issue or pre-agreed in another maintenance. Automated systems will still function as normal.
