Update

We are aware that a large number of providers across the UK are experiencing issues and this incident is part of a larger network issue impacting a large geographical area in our upstream network. We will continue to liaise with suppliers to gain a clearer picture of the incident.

We are currently experiencing network performance issues that may be impacting some customer website and email services.
