We will be performing some essential maintenance on our IMAP, POP3 and Webmail services. During this maintenance there may be a period of up to one hour while we move essential mail platform data (not customer emails) to new storage devices. For this period customers will be unable to collect their emails either through their email client or through Webmail. Emails will still be accepted by our inbound mail systems as normal, but collection of those emails will temporarily be interrupted. Webmail will be in maintenance mode and will be unavailable.
Outgoing emails will be unaffected throughout, but email clients will not be able to sync the Sent Items folder with our servers until the work has completed.
We thank customers for their patience and understanding during this essential work and would like them to note that this scheduled work is unrelated to recent issues.
