During this maintenance we will be shutting down some network links in order to simulate fault conditions, verify correct network operation, and upgrade software on network devices while they are isolated from the rest of the network. No customer impact is expected but due to the nature of the work we are announcing this as an at-risk period for the network.

Reintroduce router to network
Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Scheduled - During this work we will be reintrducing the replacement for the failed router back into the routing core. No interuption or customer impact is expected as its simply re-adding redundancy.

Loss of router redundancy
Resolved - One of the routers providing connectivity to the network had failed, this means a loss of redundancy on out primary routers.
The redundant spare has taken over with no loss of connectivity.
Work is onging to replace the failed equipment and restore redundancy.
